Steve is an excellent instructor and has a way of teaching which builds your confidence, and dares you to be brave and try new things. He is very calm, reassuring and clearly knows his stuff! He has a great sense of humour and very quickly builds a great rapport with the team. Also the little touches (duvets, pillows, fruit etc) were wonderful.

Location! Easy to deal with and very accommodating with my questions.

Steve’s instruction & effort was amazing. I feel I’ve come from zero to hero (in my own mind anyway). A great experience.
